Brut Nature Cava Agusti Torello Mata Gran Reserva
Type: Brut Nature Gran Reserva. Varietal: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, from the Penedés area.
Making: Second fermentation in the Bottle. Minimum aging 36 months.
Appearance: Bright pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Slow-evolving fine and small bubbles that form strings of bubbles and a crown.
Palate: Fine aging aroma with buttery and toasty notes over a base of ripe fruit.
Final impression: Ample development when passing through the mouth, very good carbonate integration (combined). The aging notes blend together with a hint of ripe fruit, toast and dry fruit. Lingering, long and persistent finish.
Combinations: As an aperitif. Also perfect to accompany ham, cured meats and sausages, seafood, fish with sauce, rice, poultry, meats and semi-cured cheese
Recommendations: Serve at 6 - 7º C.
