Organic Viticulture. Manual harvest.

Making: Fermented in French oak barrels with slow batonage in order to provide volume and creaminess to the wine

Minimum aging in the bottle for 12 months

Tasting notes: On the nose reminds of burnt browns ugar, toasted notes and conference pear.

Palate: In the mouth it feels dry but very creamy. Sweet and sillky with intensity. Long aftertaste.

Pairing: Very elegant to accompany baked meat and fish, cured and creamy cheeses, seafood and smoked food
