Ubac Gran Reserva
Varieties: 45% Macabeo, 25% Xarel.lo, 30% Parellada
Making: Each variety is vinified separetely in the cellar to respect the grape and soil expressions as much as possible. Second fermentation and aging in bottle for 5 years.
Aroma: Tree fruit (apple, pear), citrus and yeasty/toasty notes from its long aging.
Palate: Fresh and fruity with fine and persistent bubbles
Pairing: Pairs well with shellfish and cured fish, as well as dessert like an apple tatin
